概要
Abstract

In this talk I shall give an overview of results concerning the classical geometry
of hyperbolic and spherical polyhedra starting from Schla¨fli, Lobachevsky and
Coxeter to the modern time in connection with contemporary manifold and
orbifold theory. The second part of the talk will be devoted to some recent
progress in the mentioned research areas and the discussion of how geometric
objects and their basic invariants behave depending on the curvature sign.
